SHIPPING
Due to a high volume of orders and Australian December public holiday closures, we anticipate a dispatch delay of 7 days or more. Rest assured, our warehouse team is working hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Please note that our warehouse will be closed on the public holiday dates Monday 26th December, Tuesday 27th December, and Monday 2nd January.
Dispatch estimates do not include processing or shipment times from our shipping carriers; Australia Post and DHL.
RETURNS
All items purchased from the promotion are final sale and cannot be returned, unless the item is deemed faulty by our team. If you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please send an email with your name and order number to returns@becandbridge.com.au.
