Terms and Conditions

The Cyber Sale launches 8am Monday 21st November AEDT and ends 11.59pm Monday 28th November AEDT.

SHIPPING

Due to a high volume of orders, we are currently experiencing a dispatch delay of up to 10 days. Rest assured, our warehouse team is working hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Please note that the dispatch is exclusive of Australia Post's processing times.

RETURNS

Cyber Sale items marked as 'Final Sale' are unable to be returned, unless the item is deemed faulty by our team. Any Cyber Sale items not marked as 'Final Sale' are eligible for an exchange or online store credit only, unless deemed faulty by our team.

These items can be exchanged for other sizes or styles based on the same discounted value. If you wish to exchange the sale item for an item of a higher retail price, then the price difference between the products will be payable at the time of exchange. Should you wish to exchange for an item of lower value, the store credit will be issued based on the discounted price paid for the item/s.
 
If you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please send an email with your name and order number to returns@becandbridge.com.au.
