Klarna Spend and Save Offer

Terms and Conditions

The Offer:

  1. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the offer.
  2. The offer is available from 00:00 on the 5th August 2021 until 23:59 on the 11th August 2021. Klarna reserves the right to commence the offer at an earlier date and/or extend the end date at its sole discretion. (Offer Period).
  3. For eligible customers making a purchase with Klarna between $300 and $499 at a participating retailer’s online store during the offer period, Klarna will deduct $75 from the fourth and final repayment of that order.
  4. For eligible customers making a purchase with Klarna between $500 and $2,000 at a participating retailer’s online store during the offer period, Klarna will deduct $150 from the total order, with the deductions being made over the third and fourth repayments by waiving the fourth instalment and part of the third. The order made will initially show the full order value, however eligible customers will receive the discount as part of this Offer.


  1. Subject to the Exceptions below, to be eligible to claim, customers must make a purchase between $300 and $2,000 in a single transaction using Klarna at one of the participating retailers online store.
  2. Purchases made in-store using the Klarna app one-time card, are not eligible for this offer.
  3. All previous instalments of the order must be paid in full and on time for eligible customers to have the  3rd and/or 4th payments deducted.
    You must be an Australian resident and at least 18 years old to be eligible for the offer. Employees of Klarna, associated agencies, and each of their immediate family members are not eligible for this offer. Immediate family includes: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child (including by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
  4. Purchases of cash equivalents, including gift cards, certificates or vouchers are not deemed to be eligible and are excluded from this offer.


  1. The offer is provided by Klarna. The participating retailers are not responsible for providing any discount associated with this offer.

General Rules:

  1. Klarna reserves the right to disqualify any entrants who fail to follow the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions, are suspected of engaging in fraud, or any entrant who makes any misrepresentation relating to the offer.
  2. Klarna is not responsible for any technical failures, malfunctions, problems with or damage to equipment (including but not limited to wireless devices, websites, wireless networks, servers, computer hardware or software) during the Promotion Period or as a result of you participating in the offer.
  3. Klarna reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, cut short or extend the offer.
  4. Klarna’s Pay in 4 Terms and Klarna Shopping Terms apply to the use of Klarna’s products.

Liability and Release:

  1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Consumer Guarantees).
  2. Except for Klarna’s liability under a Consumer Guarantee, in no event will Klarna’s liability for all claims and losses arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the offer exceed $2,000.
  3. The offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and/or Instagram and the recipients of the offer fully release Facebook and/or Instagram from any liability.

Personal Information:

  1. Any personal information submitted directly to Klarna will be held in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Klarna may disclose personal information of entrants to suppliers and affiliates in order to administer or otherwise run the offer in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  2. Unless you have already indicated to us that you do not wish to receive marketing material from Klarna, personal information collected during the Offer Period may be used for direct marketing purposes. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications by following the instructions set out in the relevant communication.
  3. All personal information will be handled in accordance with Klarna’s Privacy Policy.
