SHIPPING + RETURNS
We ship all Australian Online Orders using Australia Post.
Orders placed before 1pm AEST Monday - Friday are dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm AEST Monday - Friday will be dispatched the following business day.
DUTIES & TAXES
As an international customer, please be aware that your home country may charge import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives at the country of destination.
These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.

Please note we currently ship to the following countries only. We intend to extend this list in the near future.
- New Zealand
- United States
- Hong Kong
- South Korea
- United Kingdom
- United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Full priced products – can be returned for a refund or online credit.
- Discounted/sale products – can be returned for an online credit only.
- Please note we only accept purchases returned with 21 working days from the day you received it for our Australian customers. We allow up to 30 working days for international returns.
- Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of postage. All online returns are at the customer's expense unless your order is faulty.
RETURN YOUR ORDER
If for any reason you are not enamoured with your purchase, please follow the below steps to process your return:
1. Contact Us to Receive Your Returns Authorisation Number (RA#)

We are available 9am – 5pm, Mon - Fri AEDT.
2. Post Your Return
Complete the returns slip included in your original package. Include this slip in your returns package along with your item to return. This item should be in its original condition with all tags still attached.

We are so sorry if your purchase is not perfect!
Please email us at email@example.com with your order number & a brief description of the fault/ incorrect item & we can resolve this for you. Images of the fault or incorrect item would be highly helpful.
Products that have a major fault may be returned for a refund, credit note or an exchange for another item. For items with minor faults, we can often repair these for you!
Please keep a copy of your return postage receipts as we will reimburse you for these costs if the item is confirmed to be faulty.
IN STORE RETURNS
Online purchases made via our website can only be returned online.
Any purchases made at one of our boutiques must be returned back to the original location. We recommend contacting your local boutique for more information about the in store returns policy.

Please be advised credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date provided to you by our Returns Department.
Credit can only be used on our online store: www.becandbridge.com.au and cannot be used in store.
There are strictly no extensions on credit notes. All credit note expiry dates are final.
Credits are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers/promotions.
