Due to a high volume of orders from our current sale, there will be a delay in the dispatch of online orders. Orders will be dispatched 2 - 3 business days from your date of order.

Our Online dispatch cut off time is 10am (AEDT) from Monday 17th - Friday 28th June.

Please bear with us as we are working to get these to you as soon as we can!

Please note also that sale items may be returned for an online store credit only.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship all Australian Online Orders using Australia Post.

Orders placed before 1pm AEST Monday - Friday are dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after 1pm AEST Monday - Friday will be dispatched the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

As an international customer (outside of Australia), please be aware that your home country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives at the country of destination.

These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.

SAME DAY SHIPPING

Sydney metro customers ordering before 11am Tuesday - Friday are eligible to purchase $15 'same day shipping' at the checkout.

Same day shipping orders will be shipped using the Zoom2u courier service and will be delivered by 5pm. Orders placed after 11am will be delivered the next business day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a txt message with a link to live track the delivery of your order and will have the ability to chat directly to your courier.

This service is not available on weekends or public holidays.

RETURNS INFORMATION

  • Full priced items – can be returned for a refund or an online store credit.
  • Orders discounted at more than 10% or sale items – can be returned for an online store credit only.
  • Australian orders must be returned within 21 business days from the date of purchase and international orders must be returned within 30 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Swimwear is unable to be returned.
  • Customers are to cover the cost of return postage unless your items are deemed faulty by our team.

RETURN YOUR ORDER

If for any reason you are not enamoured with your purchase, please follow the steps below for a fast and easy return:

1. Visit the Return Your Order page and follow the prompts.

2. Note down the returns number on the returns form included in your order.

3. You will receive an email with the details of how to post your return items back to us.

Please note that items should be unworn and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS

We are so sorry if your purchase is not perfect!

Please email us at returns@becandbridge.com.au with your order number & a brief description of the fault/ incorrect item & we can resolve this for you. Images of the fault or incorrect item would be highly helpful.

Products that have a major fault may be returned for a refund, credit note or an exchange for another item. For items with minor faults, we can often repair these for you!

Please keep a copy of your return postage receipts as we will reimburse you for these costs if the item is confirmed to be faulty.

IN STORE RETURNS

Online purchases made via our website can only be returned online.

Any purchases made at one of our boutiques must be returned back to the original location. We recommend contacting your local boutique for more information about the in store returns policy.

ONLINE STORE CREDIT

Please be advised that online store credit is issued in the form of a gift card and is valid from 6 months of the date of creation.

Online store credit can only be used on our online store: www.becandbridge.com.au and cannot be used in store.

We are unable to offer extensions on our online store credit. The expiry dates of our online store credit are final.

Unfortunately online store credit codes are unable to be used in conjunction with any other discount codes in the checkout.
