*We ship all Domestic + International Orders via Australia Post
*Orders placed before AEST 2pm Monday - Friday are dispatched on the same day. 
*Orders placed after AEST 2pm will be dispatched the following day
*If you happen to place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be duly processed and sent out the next business day

Express Post Delivery (1- 3 Working Days) - $9.95

Express International Post (2-5 working days) - $20 AUD

 

United States and all other International

Express International Post (3-7 working days) - $30 USD

Please note that some international shipments can be subject to customs or import duties once they reach their destination. In these circumstances the responsibility falls on you to pay the charges to release the goods from the shipment. Unfortunately we’re unable to estimate what these charges will be, so we recommend you contact your local customs office to find out the exact deal.

We love to get your items to you as swiftly as possible, though we can’t guarantee 100% the promised timeframes, even though we wish we could. Australia Post is our provider and works extremely hard to get deliveries to all our customers on time, however sometimes there are some situations that can cause unavoidable delays.

All parcels are despatched from Alexandria in Sydney, Australia (postcode 2015)

 

 

RETURNS

You are responsible for posting your return goods back to Bec + Bridge.  We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking (such as Australia Post Express satchels, within Australia).  This ensures safe receipt of goods and prevents missing items because that would break both our hearts. Bec + Bridge is not responsible for any lost incoming parcels so please be sure to use the above method.

The original postage charge cannot be refunded, the amount refunded into your account will be purely for the original goods purchased. 

 

We value each and every one of our Bec + Bridge girls and want you to be over the moon with your purchase. If for any reason, you aren't enamoured, please follow the steps below to process your return:

1. Contact our Customer Service Team to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#)

2.  Once you have received your RA# from our team, please fill in your Return Slip (incl. in your original package) and post it back with your order. If you have misplaced your slip please email us for a copy.

3.  Orders must be returned within 14 Working Days from the day you received it. Unfortunately if your return exceeds our 14 Working Day policy we will not be able to process your return (sorry ladies!).

*If you are an International Bec + Bridge gal and wish to return your order please notify us immediately via email and we will assist you with your return. We understand your return may take longer than 14 Working Days to get back to us so please flag if you think there might be any issues.

Items must be returned to us for a REFUND, EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE according to the following conditions:

  • The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in it’s original condition with all our tags attached. Your garment must be free of make-up marks, deodorant marks, in fact it needs to be free of any/all marks
  • It arrives at our office within 14 working days of you receiving it in your hot hands
  • It has been approved through Bec + Bridge Customer Service Team and you have obtained a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#) via returns@becandbridge.com.au or phone 61 402 538 062. The returns slip provided with your order must be completed, please don’t leave out any of the questions we have asked otherwise there may be delays in processing your return and let’s face it that’s not how we want to roll
  • Jewellery, if returned, earrings must not have been tried on, we will not accept if signs of wear show due to hygiene reasons
  • For all Swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange, please notify us with your preferred style/size/colour as soon as possible, so you don’t miss out. We cannot guarantee that the exchange item you are after will still be available by the time we receive your return so we highly recommend purchasing the garment you want upfront and then allowing time for us the process your original return as a refund once we've received it to avoid missing out. 

 

SALE ITEMS

For sale items, we will only provide an exchange or credit note, NO REFUNDS ON SALE. We need to receive the item back within the same conditions outlined above, along with your exchange request/s via email, phone, or noted on your returns slip. It must be an item available on the e-boutique within the 14 working day time frame. Exchanges are sent out free of charge.

 

Where a receipt for postage is provided to return faulty goods, the cost will be refunded ONLY up to the amount of original postage paid (see DELIVERY COSTS at top of page). Any additional payment made by you to return faulty goods to Bec + Bridge, beyond the original postage charge paid by you, will not be refunded, insert broken heart emoji here. Refunds are made against the original payment method used. We cannot refund onto a different card. We process refunds within 2 - 4 Working Days of receiving them, however please keep in mind they can take up to 10 business days to come back into your account.

CREDIT NOTES

  • Please be advised Credit Notes are valid for 6 Months from the date given
  • Credits can only be used on our Online Store: www.becandbridge.com.au
  • There are strictly no extensions on all Credits
  • Credits are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers/ promotions
