    *We ship all Domestic + International Orders via Australia Post

    *Orders placed before 1PM AEST Monday - Friday are dispatched on the same day

    *Orders placed after 1PM AEST Monday - Friday will be dispatched the following day

    *If you happen to place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be duly processed and sent out the next business day

    *Please note that during extremely busy periods (eg. flash sales) there may be a rare delay of 1-2 business days

    Please note that some international shipments can be subject to customs or import duties once they reach their destination. In these circumstances the responsibility falls on you to pay the charges to release the goods from the shipment. Unfortunately we’re unable to estimate what these charges will be, so we recommend you contact your local customs office to find out the exact deal.

    We love to get your items to you as swiftly as possible, though we can’t guarantee 100% the promised timeframes, even though we wish we could. Australia Post is our provider and works extremely hard to get deliveries to all our customers on time, however sometimes there are some situations that can cause unavoidable delays.

    All parcels are despatched from Waterloo in Sydney, Australia (postcode 2017)


    We value each and every one of our Bec + Bridge girls and want you to be over the moon with your purchase. If for any reason, you aren't enamoured, please follow the steps below to process your return:

    1. Contact our Returns Team to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#)

    2.  Once you have received your RA# from our team, please fill in your Return Slip (incl. in your original package) and post it back with your order. If you have misplaced your slip please email us for a copy.

    3.  Orders must be returned within 21 Working Days from the day you received it. Unfortunately if your return exceeds our 21 Working Day policy we will not be able to process your return (sorry ladies!).

    4. All returns are processed within 5 Working Days from the day we receive your parcel in our warehouse.

    If you are an International Bec + Bridge gal and wish to return your order, all steps above apply. We allow up to 30 Working Days for international returns.

    Please note we only offer Refunds on items purchased at full price (you are still eligible for a refund if you have used your first time subscriber's discount). We are also unable to offer Exchanges for any returned goods. If you wish to change your size/ colour/ style, please obtain your RA# and return your item for a Credit Note. You may then use your Credit Note to repurchase your preferred item.

    You are responsible for posting your returned goods back to Bec + Bridge.  We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking (such as Australia Post Parcel or Express satchels, within Australia).  This ensures safe receipt of goods and prevents missing items because that would break both our hearts. Bec + Bridge is not responsible for any lost incoming parcels so please be sure to use the above method.

    The original postage charge cannot be refunded, the amount refunded into your account will be purely for the original goods purchased.

    We do not allow returns for a refund or credit note for the following:

    • Your return does not arrive within our returns policy timeframe

    • Products that appear to be worn, have any marks such as deodorant, fake tan, makeup (in fact, any sort of visible marks)

    • Products that have any scents of perfume, deodorant etc

    • Products that are damaged in any way. All products returned must be received in their original condition with all tags attached

    • All Jewellery must be returned with no signs of wear. If we suspect signs of wear, we will decline your return for hygiene purposes

    • Swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker attached to the garment. If removed, we will not be able to accept your return.

    Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet our terms and conditions. In this case, the item will be posted back to you.


    As per our standard returns policy, our Wedding Edit Collection has a 21 Working Day return period.

    Please note, styles made for sizes 16 and above cannot be returned for a Refund or Credit Note.

    We do not provide Refunds on sale items. You may however, return your order for a Credit Note (please follow the above steps for a return on Sale Items).

    Please note during Sale Periods, returns may take up to 7 Working Days to process your Credit Note.

    We need to receive the item back within the same conditions outlined above


    Please be advised Credit Notes are valid for 6 Months from the date provided to you by our Returns Department.

    Credits can only be used on our Online Store: and cannot be used in store.

    There are strictly No Extensions on Credit Notes. All credit note expiry dates are final.

    Credits are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers/ promotions.

        Please note purchases made via and cannot be returned in store. All returns must be posted back to our Head Office.
