For Resort 24/25, metal and fabric meet in a symphony of form and function, creating a collection that embodies effortless femininity and strength.

Drawing inspiration from the ancient craft of metalwork, designers Bec Cooper and Bridget Yorston have embarked on a journey of transformation, infusing raw materials with new life where they become forged into new objects. This season, the Bec + Bridge girl has evolved. The core DNA is refreshed with new silhouettes and colourways that elevate her style with a particular energy: modern and refined.

In Resort 24/25, fabric is not simply woven fibres, but a vehicle for expression. Each piece is sculpted to accentuate and embrace the form, following its curves and contours with clothing that mimics the malleability of molten metal. There is a synergy between the seeming contradictions of strength and grace, rigidity and sensuality, the feminine/masculine.

Harder elements come courtesy of sharp shouldered suiting, rigid tailoring and yoke detailing. They sit alongside dresses that both drape and wrap, at once. Skimming the body and moulding to the female form. Trousers are cut in wools that are both slouchy and structured, paired with racer back tanks and skivvy style tops along with neatly tucked shirting. This season sees the re-launch of denim for the brand, in raw Japanese and indigo laser-cut, and contrasts with the sensuality of bust cups, super low scooped necks, and asymmetry. Resort 24/25 is finished in a fusible palette of mint, deep plum, butter yellow, azure blue and chrome.
