We're looking for a Retail Area Manager to lead our six NSW boutiques. It's a role for someone who lights up on the floor and loves bringing out the best in people.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach and grow our Boutique Managers and their teams
- Drive sales and performance across the NSW boutiques
- Lead by example on the floor, from everyday wardrobe to bridal
- Build our next generation of leaders
About you
- Experience leading more than one boutique or store in premium, luxury or fashion retail
- A natural coach with a sharp commercial eye
- Warm, hands-on and flexible around trade peaks and weekends
- A full driver's licence and your own car
