We are currently unable to deliver to PO boxes. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect the parcel to a new address.

All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post and do not require a signature upon delivery. Australia Post usually operates between 9am - 6pm on business days.

International orders are shipped with DHL Express and do require a signature upon delivery. DHL usually operates between 9am - 6pm on business days. Please note that should you authorise DHL to leave your order, BEC + BRIDGE is not responsible for any theft, damage or losses of your parcel.

DUTIES + TAXES

For customers outside of Australia, your order may be subject to international duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at the destination country. These taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the parcel without prior payment for these fees.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

The processing time is up to 24 hours before orders are dispatched. We endeavour to dispatch all orders by the next business day. During busy periods or public holidays, the dispatch time will take longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping information and a tracking number to track the status of your shipment.

SIZING

All of our products are displayed in Australian sizing. If you are an international customer, please refer to our size guide for a conversion.

DISCOUNT CODES

We are unable to apply a discount code once an order has already been placed. The checkout only enables one discount code to be used per purchase. Discount codes cannot be combined, redeemed for cash or used to purchase gift cards.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons, such as:

  • Difficulty in processing your payment information
  • Unable to ship to address provided
  • Duplicate order was placed
