BEC + BRIDGE is on the lookout for a talented Garment Technician / Pattern maker to join our close-knit team in a part-time capacity. This role will sit at the intersection of technical precision and design flair perfect for someone with an eye for detail and a love for bringing beautiful garments to life.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and who understands the ins and outs of both garment construction and pattern refinement. You’ll be working across multiple categories, supporting our Design & Production teams to ensure every piece meets the BB standard.

This is a part-time role (3 - 4 days per week) based at our Waterloo head office, ideal for someone seeking flexibility while still immersed in the heartbeat of Australian fashion.
