• Dryclean: A cleaning fee is included when you borrow. You can return your items to us and we take care of it for you. To ensure the quality and prolong the life cycle of each garment, please don’t clean items yourself, but we encourage you to air them out after each wear. If the item absolutely needs to be cleaned please email or leave a message for our Customer Care team.

• If you would like to receive your garment sooner, same-day delivery is available within the Sydney Metro for $25 (order should be placed before 1pm)

• No need to clean before returning your garment
• Drop your garment off on the last day before 12pm
• If this falls on the weekend, please return on the next Monday by 12pm

1. Place the item(s) in the original reusable bags
2. Attach the pre-paid label provided on the package(s) and seal securely.
3. Drop your package off at your local Post Office on the specified return date, making sure to keep proof of postage as this has your tracking number.

We know wanting the right 'fit' can be nerve-wracking.

Some styles may be available to try on at a Bec + Bridge Boutique, alternatively please refer to our Size Guide, or reach out to Customer Care. 

However if you have already made a 4,8,14,30 day order and on the off chance the items do not fit, return this item within 24 hours of your rental beginning and once your item arrives back, a full refund, minus $25 delivery & return charge, will be processed. We will also work with you to find a suitable alternative.
